How do I reset my password?
Go to 'My Account'.
Click on 'Password.'
Click on 'Reset Password'.
Enter your old password and new password.
Select the Expiry Days.
Click on Reset password.
How to Register TOTP ?
Go to 'My Account'.
Click on 'Password'
You will find Register TOTP/Deactive TOPT
Click on 'Enable TOTP'.
Click on 'Generate OTP'.
Enter the OTP received in your registered mobile ID.
Click on Submit.
Enter your login password and 6-digit TOTP generated by your authenticator app.
Click Enable. And your TOTP will be enabled successfully.
How to Deactivate TOPT ?
Go to 'My Account'.
Click on 'Password.'
You will find Register TOTP/Deactive TOPT.
Click on 'Disable TOTP'.
Click on 'Generate OTP'.
Enter the OTP received in your registered mobile ID.
Click on Submit.
Enter your login password and 6-digit TOTP generated by your authenticator app.
Click disable. And your TOTP will be disabled.
