How do I reset my password?

• Go to 'My Account'.

• Click on 'Password.'

• Click on 'Reset Password'.

• Enter your old password and new password.

• Select the Expiry Days.

• Click on Reset password.

How to Register TOTP ?

• Go to 'My Account'.

• Click on 'Password'

• You will find Register TOTP/Deactive TOPT

• Click on 'Enable TOTP'.

• Click on 'Generate OTP'.

• Enter the OTP received in your registered mobile ID.

• Click on Submit.

• Enter your login password and 6-digit TOTP generated by your authenticator app.

• Click Enable. And your TOTP will be enabled successfully.

How to Deactivate TOPT ?

• Go to 'My Account'.

• Click on 'Password.'

• You will find Register TOTP/Deactive TOPT.

• Click on 'Disable TOTP'.

• Click on 'Generate OTP'.

• Enter the OTP received in your registered mobile ID.

• Click on Submit.

• Enter your login password and 6-digit TOTP generated by your authenticator app.

• Click disable. And your TOTP will be disabled.
