My Case

Have a query ? Then, raise a ticket.

If you have any issues/queries regarding trading or demat, you can raise a ticket anytime.

  • Go to 'My Account'.

  • Find 'My Case'.

  • You will land on the 'Create a Ticket' page.

  • Choose Product, Category, Type, and subtype.

  • Enter the subject and provide a description.

  • Click on Submit.

  • You will receive a reply to the mail ID registered with your account.
