How do I view my 'Fund Transfer Request Status ?
The Fund Transfer Status report displays the status of your payout requests, such as approved, rejected, or pending transactions.

Go to 'My Accounts'.
Select 'Funds'.
Click on the subcategory 'Funds'.
Both your Ledger Balance and Ledger Balance without collateral will be displayed on the top itself.
Find 'Fund Transfer Request Status'.
Click on 'View Status'.
Select bank name, status, and date.
Click on 'Submit'.
Your result will be displayed.
How to Modify/Cancel fund transfer request ?

Go to 'My Accounts.'
Select 'Funds.'
Click on the subcategory 'Funds.'
Both your Ledger Balance and Ledger Balance without collateral will be displayed on the top itself.
Find 'Fund Transfer Request Status.'
Click on 'View Status.'
Select the bank name, status, and date.
Click on 'Submit.'
Click on
this button, and you will be provided with two options - Modify and Cancel Request.
If you want to modify your payout request, click on modify, and a window will open up.
Enter the required amount and click on 'Update.'
Withdrawal requests on business days are typically processed within 12 hours. Requests during weekends and holidays are processed on the next working day.
If you want to cancel the payout request, click on the 'Cancel' button.
How do I view your fund transfer report?
The Fund Transfer Report displays details of funds you paid to Geojit or funds paid out to you by Geojit.

Go to 'My Accounts'.
Select 'Funds'.
Click on the subcategory 'Funds'.
Both your Ledger Balance and Ledger Balance without collateral will be displayed on the top itself.
Find 'Fund Transfer Report'.
Click on 'View Report'.
Select the date range.
Your entire Pay in/Pay out transaction list will be displayed chronologically, with the earliest transaction situated at the top.
In the mobile app, you can apply a filter to this list by clicking on the filter icon situated at the top right corner.
Select the type of transaction you wish to view: All/Pay In/Pay Out.
Respective transaction lists will appear.
How to Add / Withdraw Funds ?
To add funds to your ledger balance,

Go to 'My Accounts'.
Select 'Funds'.
Click on the subcategory 'Funds'.
Both your Ledger Balance and Ledger Balance without collateral will be displayed on the top itself.
Find 'Add Funds' button and click on it.

To withdraw funds,

Go to 'My Accounts.'
Select 'Funds'.
Click on the subcategory 'Funds'.
Both your Ledger Balance and Ledger Balance without collateral will be displayed on the top itself.
Find 'Withdraw' button and click on it.
How do I pledge shares?
Only clients with PoA/DDPI-authorized accounts will be able to place a margin pledge request online through MyGeojit or by calling a branch/customer care.
Non-PoA/DDPI clients will have to do so by submitting a pledge/unpledge form at our branch.

Go to 'My Accounts'.
Select 'Funds'.
Click on the subcategory 'Pledge'.
Your pledge-eligible scrips will be listed out as Cash Equivalent and Non-Cash Collateral. The total expected margin will be displayed at the bottom of this page.
Select the preferred Scrip you wish to pledge.
Enter the quantity.
Click on 'Pledge'.
Your request will be submitted.
You will receive an email/text message from NSDL containing a link. Click on it.
To authenticate, enter your PAN and CAPTCHA.
Click on Submit.
You will see your pledge request. Click confirm, and you are done.
How do I unpledge my shares ?
To unpledge your shares,

Go to 'My Accounts.'
Select 'Funds.'
Click on the subcategory 'Pledge.'
You will by default land on the 'Pledge Shares' page.
Right next to it, spot the 'Unpledge Shares' page.
Click on it and the list of Unpledge Eligible Scrips will be listed out.
Select the preferred Scrip you wish to upledge.
Enter the quantity.
Click on 'Unpledge.'
A pop-up message will appear stating, "Unpledged request will be processed on every business day at 6pm. Your Buying Power will be reduced on your unpledged Instruction."
Click on Continue.
Another pop-up message will appear on your screen stating, "Your request to Unpledge has been accepted. The request will be processed at the end of the day after verifying your Margin requirements. The request may be accepted or rejected based on your Margin requirement for the day. You can check the status of the request in the Pledge History tab."
Right next to the 'Unpledge shares' tab you can find 'History.' Here you can check the status of your pledge/unpledge request.

How do I know the AMC - Annual Maintenance Charge?
Go to 'My Accounts.'
Select 'Funds.'
Click on 'DP AMC.'
Select DP Id and the AMC due will be displayed below the screen.
Know your mandate information

Go to 'My Account.'
Click on 'Funds.'
Select 'Mandate.'
If you have any active mandates, those details will be displayed on this page.
There's also an option to create a new mandate at the top of the page.
How can I activate the NACH/e-NACH facility?
Register a NACH mandate to enable smooth and uninterrupted payments for your Smartfolios SIPs. If you have multiple banks linked to your trading account, please select the bank you wish to use for NACH registration. We recommend registering a single NACH mandate with a higher amount and longer tenure to support future SIPs seamlessly. Only the amount for your active Smartfolios SIPs will be debited.
The registration process typically takes 4-5 working days. If you have ongoing SIPs, ensure sufficient funds are available in the selected bank account to ensure smooth transactions.
Go to My Account
Select Fund > Mandate > Register

Fill in the Mandate Registration Form:
Select your Bank Name
Select the Maximum Amount. Only the required amount will be debited.
Select the Start & End Date > Next
You will be sent a link to your registered email ID. You can choose to complete the registration process using the link, or by clicking Proceed.
Choose your payment option- Net banking/Debit Card.
Accept the Terms & Conditions > Proceed
You will be redirected to your bank's mandate registration portal. Accept the request and complete the necessary steps.
How do I temporarily Pause/Cancel my NACH/e-NACH mandate?

Log in to MyGeojit and go to My Account.
Select Funds > Mandate
Click on the Pause/Cancel button next to the desired mandate. ​​
A confirmation pop-up window will appear. Click on Confirm.
